YOGA + WINE || City Cellar Yoga

I know that I’ve mentioned before that I’m teaching a special event this weekend, but I’m just so excited I can’t help but remind you again! I’ll be teaching yoga for City Cellar Yoga at Carruth Winery in Solana Beach. I basically get to combine all of my favorite things (except kittens… if someone wants to bring a kitten, that’d be cool!). I’ll be able to share yoga, teach people, build community, and drink wine after. What could possibly be wrong with that?!? Nothing. NOTHING could be wrong with that!

People say that your vibe attracts your tribe. They say that you bring forth what you need in the universe. I’m realizing lately that my tribe is growing– a lot, and I love it. I love that I thrive off being social, and meeting new people, and introducing the ones that I already know. I love the connections that are built and the friendships that flourish. I love to see other people succeed. Teaching with City Cellars Yoga is a prime example of how my community has helped me to succeed.

Last year, I had just graduated from my YTT and I didn’t know many people in Encinitas or Leucadia yet. Now, I’ve got a great community, people consider me a quality yoga instructor, and they’ve helped me build my practice, brand, and business. When Lauren of Women, Wine, and Yoga asked me to teach at this event I was more than excited. It not only sounds like a fun opportunity, but it also is proof that I’m accomplishing my goals.

So, join me on Sunday at Carruth Cellars in Solana Beach. Practice a little yoga, sip a little wine, and meet some new friends. This is what summer is about, this is what community about, and this is the type of life that teaches you how to love everything a little more.
